Listing, Searching and Managing your Orders

In order to manage your Orders, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with BigRock, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel See details

2. Next, click Manage Orders -> List/Search Orders.

3. Search for the specific Product Orders by selecting the appropriate Product under the For Product drop-down menu.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of Product specific Orders bought through BigRock. Click the domain name associated with an Order to reach the Order Overview.

5. Click the Product specific tab on the right hand side to reach the Order Information view, from where you can manage the Order.
